Awsome book
The recipes reminded me of my grandma's cooking and spending summers with her when I was little. Now if only I could master them!
I found the recipes in this book very unique. If you are of German and Scandinavian decent, this cookbook is bound to be about as opposite as you can get! Great read!

This was a treasure for me to find since my entire extended family loves when I make a Latino dish. We are mainly Italian but travel to many different countries and like to eat different foods.
I am not qualified to say these are authentic but my DIL is from Puerto Rico and she loved the recipes in here. She said a few brought back memories of dishes she had forgotten and she enjoyed making them again!
The recipes in this book are all what my mother would prepare for our family over the years as we were growing up. My mom is not with us anymore but with this book I can trust myself to do a good job. Thank you. Jenny00985@aol.com
